Availability

Check the availability for meeting packages. To sell meeting rooms, create a package with only a meeting room included.

Meeting room enquiries

Vendor needs to configure a package that only has a meeting room. There are no meeting rooms only APIs. MeetingPackage does the content mapping on the MeetingPackage software.

Package enquiries

Enquiry for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is visible in the system.

Definite bookings

Definite booking for the selected package and meeting room is created in the S&C with selected layout and add-ons and free text is updated in the system. To sell only meeting rooms, package needs to created in the S&C only include meeting room.

Order update

Changes made in the booking in MeetingPackage are updated in Infor S&C. Changes made in the booking in S&C are updated in MeetingPackage. Booking or customer detail updates are notified via email. Venue user needs to update them to S&C.

Pricing

Full two-way integration. Prices can filled in Thynk S&C or in MeetingPackage depending on the customers' business model.

Group bookings

Multiday/multiroom bookings can be made. Bedroom bookings can be made.

Push notifications

Push notifications are supported when booking details are updated in the Sales & Catering.

Payment information

Payment information selected by the customer is visible in the system. Payment APIs are supported to update deposits in the S&C system for reconciliation.

Customer information

Contact/account is created in the S&C and unique contact/account id is returned to MeetingPackage. A relationship between the account and contact can be created in the S&C.
