We offer four meeting package types for your convenience. All of them include catering, while the 24 and 36 hour ones also include accommodation. The prices are per delegate for easy comparison.

Half-Day Meeting Package

The meeting room and its equipment will be in your use for 2-5 hours, either in the morning, or in the afternoon. In addition to that you will get a coffee/tea break and a lunch.

Full-Day Meeting Package

The meeting room and its equipment will be in your use for 6-10 hours, either in the morning, or in the afternoon. In addition to that you will get two coffee/tea breaks and a lunch.

Overnight Meeting Package

The meeting room and its equipment will be in your use for 8 hours. In addition you will get two coffee breaks, lunch and a dinner. Accommodation and breakfast the day after are also included.

Two Day Meeting Package

The meeting room and its equipment will be in your use for 8 hours a day for both consecutive days. You will get two coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Accommodation is also included.
